"I've had this product for about a month. I put it in my pet room and turned it on. The first couple days I didn't notice much difference but after that it was amazing! The heavy musty smell from my pets was gone! I leave it on the lowest setting 24x7 and it is very quiet . It really does make a difference! I bought mine while they were $20 off. As soon as they go back on sale I will buy a couple more for other rooms in my house!"

Best Kat Tree!

"No more hair to worry about".My cats love this tree. It is stable and my cats are always flying around it. They fight over the top "seat". It is positioned in front of a window so they can see the world, and passerbys can point at them. I have large cats, one is a Maine Coon cat.

I have just ordered the smaller version of this in chocolate. Can't wait to get it. A friend puts these together for me. He said they are easy to put together. Thank goodness for him!"

"We purchased this tree last year (birch) and at first thought it would be a bit too Asian/Zen in design but it actually looks awesome with our mid-century modern furniture. The tree is in the window and we often see people walking by pointing into our window at the tree as there is usually one or more cat perched on it and watching the world go by. All three cats love it--they vary in weight from 8 to 11 pounds and we haven't had any structural issues. There is always a battle for the "top" position. Oddly enough, none of the cats will use the little box/hiding area so I just store their toys in it."

"I purchased my Refined Feline Luxury Cat Tree two years ago and would buy it again in a heartbeat; it looks great and functions fabulously. Toby, Suzi, Meesh, Tami, Will & Dexter, ranging in size from five to eighteen pounds, all give it the big paws up. The slight sway of the tower doesn’t slow them down at all, I think that movement probably mimics what it would feel like in nature climbing trees and branches. It is used constantly for lounging, playing, chasing, scratching, sleeping, etc…Two years of constant use and it still looks brand new. The only maintenance I’ve had to do is tighten the screws of the lowest cantilevered platform. Quality product."

Not a challenge to assemble

"Maybe I received version 2.0, but I didn't have any trouble putting together the cat gym. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. It's really beautiful, too. Assembly Redux  

Pros: very solid when assembled, assembled in 30 minutes, all tools necessary were included
Cons: assembly instructions need to be very careful to follow, screws were a little bit challenge to drive through carpet covering due to brand new.

The instruction clarity leaves a lot to be desired. Having the online photo handy during assembly was a huge help. Here are some other tips:

1) In step 2 the holes that a closer together are on the right.

2) Screws used in step 2 are item J.

3) In step 3 the lower bed G and the right-hand side of the platform D are held on with screw K.

4) When inserting screw L into post C, insert the shorter threaded end. The screws will tighten fully when the posts E are threaded in place. Also the holes and threads in post C may be slightly misaligned. Pliers may need to be used on the unthreaded portion of the screw to drive them into place.

5) Some considerable force may be necessary to force screws L through the carpet in platform D & F as well as beds G & I.

6) The lower bed G is slightly directional. If it is not rotated just right, it will interfere with post C.

7) Bed I is the one with the plaything attached."

"The instructions were a bit lacking but overall this is a good product. Yes, two of the beds are small but most cats under 10 pounds can use all of the areas. After reading some of the positive reviews, we looked in pet stores and online catalogs before purchasing it but nothing was close in price for the size and style. Ours came with two different colors and carpet types and looks better than anything we found in pet stores."

Great Crate!

"An outstanding value for the price. We purchased the smallest size for our young beagle for use as a day bunk. He loves it because it's roomy enough, it allows good air circulation, and he can see what's gong on all around him. It's well constructed and very portable! Highly recommend."

"We originally bought a crate from a pet superstore, then returned it and bought this one instead since it was about $50 less. Our 50 lb boxer fits in the 42 inch crate with plenty of room to spare. She was already a crate-trained adult dog when we got her, so didn't need the divider. We didn't have any problems with her trying to break out of the crate, so I can't really attest to its strength for those of you with bigger dogs who might try to chew their way to freedom.

The pad is also nice. It didn't come with any instructions for cleaning/care, but does fine with cold water and regular detergent in our front-loading washer and dryer."

Cons: door latches are tricky at first

"Good stable crate. Double door is added bonus as is the padding. Very good value for what you get. Easy to clean and fold for travel. Heavy duty enough for our Standard Poodle (65lbs). Would recommend."
